Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston-Peabody

The hotel is pretty nice but it's older and hasn't been cared for as much as it should be. We ended up in a room that literally couldn't be any closer to the elevator shaft, so we could always hear it running. People didn't really use it at night though and it was quiet enough that you could simply tune it out. Few small rips and nicks on the furniture. We wanted to swim in the pool but the water was green and very cloudy so we decided not to. Staff was very kind and gave us water and cookies when we first checked in. Additionally, during breakfast, there were not enough garbage cans and the single can was overflowing.

Hotel was nice and the room was surprisingly big! The couch wasn’t very comfortable, and pillows were super flat (typical). Not much close to the hotel and the entrance is a little tricky at night.

Room worn but still nice. Breakfast was good. We missed the Evening recpetion (5-6:30pm on Wed) so time it if you want to tale advantage of it. Unfortunately the wifi on our floor (5th) wasn't working and the Hiton Honors was coming from the Hampton Inn across the street. Called multiple times but they were mot able to fix the Internet.

We were looking for an affordable room for our family of 6 on our way to Boston. This checked all the boxes, pool, free parking, free breakfast and only 20 minutes from our destination. The staff is kind, the room is well furnished and clean. The hotel shows some wear but you can also see them actively making repairs. This hotel has been a great value for our family.

Rooms are nice, great location, quick drive to everything basically. The staff are nice but they're hardly ever at the desk so you have to wait a while sometimes if u need someone.

We stayed here during a quick weekend trip to Salem. It was just far enough away that it wasn’t expensive but close enough to be local. It was very clean, modern, updated, and organized. The only downfall was trying to pull into the entrance. You’ll miss it if you’re not paying close attention, especially at night. They utilize digital keys so we were able to check in, access and use our key, and check out all through the app. Complimentary breakfast was delicious! Very convenient! Zero other complaints!

This is a very nice place to stay. Its quiet and employees are very friendly. Never had a bad stay here ever. I come back everytime I am in town.

Conveniently located, this Homewood Suites is updated and the staff was very helpful. I didn't use many of the services because I arrived late and was only staying for one night, however the front desk clerk was amazing. I would give it a five-star, however, the rug in the room had clearly not been vacuumed. There were what looks like crushed goldfish in the carpet and the residue of something that had been eaten on the ottoman in the living room. The most of the room was clean, it was clear that the upholstered furniture and the rug we're not vacuum before I came. Because of my late arrival and early leaving the next day I didn't report the issue, but it was gross.
